The Problem
Lake Point Creative Services helps businesses grow through behind-the-scenes operational support, bookkeeping, and creative services.
While the company played a key role in strengthening its clients' businesses, its own brand no longer reflected the quality of work it delivered. As the firm evolved, its identity, website, and marketing materials failed to keep pace—creating a disconnect between first impressions and quality of received services. Rather than reinforcing credibility, LPC's brand was underselling the value of their business.

Approach
The client originally came to me wanting a new website using their existing logo on a short timeline. I advised us to take the opportunity to redefine voice and visual direction as the company had evolved over the years.
LPC works alongside professional, beautifully branded interior design businesses. I wanted their own website and identity to feel just as intentional, mirroring that same value back to prospective clients. Much of the competition in the space felt impersonal & visually interchangeable agency aesthetic. LPC's strength had always been its people. The brand needed to have the underline feeling of: “We understand the world our clients work in.” As many of them did! LPC’s team came from design backgrounds themselves, giving them a shared language, appreciation and understanding of the day-to-day realities of working within the design field. It was one of LPC's biggest advantages, yet the brand wasn't communicating it loud enough.
The visual direction was to be intentional, collected, understated, timeless, warm, sophisticated, and lived-in. The voice was to be approachable, trusted, confident yet quirky, and ultimately human. Together, they reflected LPC's role as a trusted back-of-house extension of the clients they serve

Outcome
The rebrand gave LPC a more cohesive and credible presence that better reflected the business it had become. Since the rebrand, the company has welcomed two new clients and expanded its team with three new employees. Beyond strengthening LPC's own identity, the redesigned website now showcases client success stories, creating greater visibility, cross-promotion, and new business opportunities.
The strategy also extended beyond traditional marketing touchpoints by identifying opportunities for branded merchandise and client gifts, creating intentional moments to reinforce LPC's relationship-first approach throughout the client journey.
The business now presents itself with the same level of care, professionalism, and intention that clients experience when working with LPC. Rather than simply looking more polished, the new identity communicates what it feels like to work with the team—thoughtful, approachable, and deeply invested in its clients' success.
