My career began in interior architecture, where I spent nearly a decade designing restaurants, retail environments, workplaces, and other customer-facing spaces. Along the way, I realized I wanted to be part of the whole picture—not just the space itself, but the brand behind it. I became fascinated by how every touchpoint, from identity and marketing to digital experiences and operations, works together to shape the way people experience a brand.
